If Sections are expecting a larger than normal attendance in the member bar for a special event please let Ben Kenton, our 
Food & Beverage Manager know ahead of time to ensure staff and supplies are available

Please ensure all guests are registered with bar staff, members may bring up to four (4) guests with them to the Carver Room. 

Members & guests are reminded that all food & beverage must be purchased from the Club.
Outside (private) food or drink is not permitted in the Carver, Trophy or Harbour Rooms or patios.

The VRC is a NON-SMOKING facility, smoking or vaping are not permitted on the premises (clubhouse & docks).
