The Vancouver Rowing Club Harbour Room facility is the perfect room for any type of event from 50 to 200 people. The room can accommodate up to 150 people for sit down dinners, 185 guests for cocktail receptions or dances, and up to 175 delegates for theater style seminars. A full stage allows for guest speakers, bands, video presentations or theatrical productions - to mention just a few options. The ceiling mounted LCD Data Projector & Screen and accessible ADSL service is available for your multi-media presentations. The Harbour Room overlooks Coal Harbour, with an expansive balcony and easy access to the Rowing bays and Marina. The Vancouver Rowing Club Trophy Lounge facility is a beautiful, newly renovated space with an unbeatable view of Coal Harbour, Stanley Park and Vancouver's downtown waterfront. With access to patio seating and a full service bar, this room is perfect for intimate gatherings of 10 people, or business seminars for 40. Are you thinking of an after work cocktail gathering? This is the spot you need. The Trophy lounge offers a comfortable seating area with wing back chairs, couch and loveseats, as well as capacity for up to 65 guests for a stand-up reception.
