Women’s practice

Teams: Jokers IV and V

Practice time: Monday, 7 to 9 p.m.

Location: Livingston

Teams: Jokers Premiere, I Blue and III Blue

Practice time: Tuesday, 6:30 to 8 p.m.

Location: Hamber

Team: Jokers I Orange

Practice time: Tuesday, 8 to 9:30 p.m.

Location: Hamber

Men’s practice

Teams: Jokers A, B, and C

Practice time: Tuesday, 8 to 9:30 p.m.

Extra Training

For those interested in extra fitness training, a group of Jokers run together on Thursday evenings in Stanley Park. With our clubhouse being so conveniently located, it's possible to change, shower, lock up belongings and then have a few drinks in the bar afterwards.
