The Jokers welcome all new and returning players. Whoever you are and whatever your age or skill level, we’d love for you to join the Jokers! Interested? Contact the Membership Secretary. Our teams are loosely formed in late July to enable the league to develop playing schedules for September. Although we make every effort to accommodate new players, the earlier in the summer we know you want to play with us, the better. Membership perks
As a Joker, not only does your membership get you a full season of quality hockey, you also become a member of the Vancouver Rowing Club! The Jokers are one of the few hockey clubs in the Lower Mainland to have a clubhouse of their very own. Many players return to the clubhouse after practices and games to raise a glass and enjoy the social aspects of our unique hockey club. There are many additional benefits to a Vancouver Rowing Club membership, including: - use of the gym and the recently-renovated change-rooms;
- access to the ‘Members Only’ lounges, including the Carver Bar;
- discounts on room rentals; and
- unquestionably the best deck with the best view in Vancouver!
